SME Chamber of India is a registered organisation and provides opportunities to various individuals / speakers to share their thoughts, views and experiences.
SME Chamber of India and its initiative – SMEtalks will not be responsible, if any speaker or person has expressed or presented his views against or for or criticized other person’s or individual’s capabilities or capacities, government agency, departments, political parties, institutions and other organisations or presented product, technology, innovation or invention which is affecting or effecting to any others similar products or services or false, duplicate or plagiarism or pricing or competiveness or any other critical matter.
The Chamber will not be responsible for any legal action by concerned government or private authorities or organisations or individuals or company for insulting, disrespect, demoralization, disturbance in city or other parts of India or any religion or casteism. The concerned person/s or institution/s will be responsible to face legal action and financial compensation to concerned victim. SME Chamber of India will be authorised to receive financial compensation or expenses towards organizing SMEtalks activities.
